[winGRASS] compiling of win-grass following http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html

Dear all Users,

i'll try to compile Win-Grass on my own (win xp machine). I followed
accurately the Informations, discriped on:
http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html. But if I do: ./configure --with....,
nothing happend. Maybe I'm in the wrong directory? Where must I go
to???
Can you help me, please...
