[winGRASS] [grass61] how to use raster to vector ?

hi,
when use r.to.vect command i obtain this message :

crowded cell 6H (31,429) -continuing
update_list:  crowded cell 8H (31,430)

cell file is not thinned properly. 
Please run r.thin


i obtain same message also after use r.thin
how can i resolve this problem ?
