[winGRASS] wish command does not work

hello, 

I tried to install GRASS using MinGW, Msys, tcltk and Postgres as explained at http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html#toc2 the installation looks fine so far but when I start the grass.bat I get:

warning: The wish command does not work as expected!
Please check your GRASS_WISH environment variable.
(...)

and just a command line - how do I fix the wish command? 
I found a few mails concerning wish problems but I did not understand how to solve my problem.
