[winGRASS] Cygwin package updated.

Dear Huidae,
i am trying to install wingrass using cygwin setup but I receive the 
following message

1. Unable to get setup.ini from <http://geni.ath.cx>
2. Can't open geni.ath.cx setup.bz2 for reading: No such file or directory

I have used it in the past succesfully but I can't now...
