[winGRASS] AS Tcl and MSys for winGRASS: need to reinstall?

Hi list,

I have installed the native winGRASS 6.3.cvs (wingrass63_cvs20070801) 
and it starts up fine. However, I have only uncompressed the 
wingrass63_cvs20070801.zip file in c:\ and left the rest of the old 
Huidae Cho installation in place (from 
http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html#toc2). Is it recommended that I reinstall 
MinGW/MSys and ActiveState Tcl or can I stay with the old binaries as 
they seem to work ok (MSys version 1.0.11 and the Tcl executable 
wish84.exe inside C:\MinGW\bin)?
