[winGRASS] Installing RasterTools extension with GEM

Hi!!!

I'm trying to install RasterTools extension in GRASS 6.2.1 within cygwin using the latest version of GEM (1.0.3). I've already managed with AdvancedViewshedModules but it seems to have problem with this since it says the following message:

configure: error: *** Unable to locate External PROJ.4 includes.

ERROR: system configuration failed.
Removing temporary extension files...DONE.
Program exited with an error (code -3). Operation aborted.

I've correctly compiled and installed the most recent version of proj.4 library (Proj.4.5). So I really don't understand what is the problem...Hope somebody can help me.
