[GRASS-windows] WinGRASS-6.3.0RC6 Released

I have WinGRASS-6.3.0RC5 installed (on Windows XP) and I want
to replace it with WinGRASS-6.3.0RC6

What is the best procedure for replacing an existing GRASS with
a more up-to-date one?

Should I uninstall the old GRASS first? Or install the new GRASS right
over the top?

If I should uninstall first, how? There is no 'uninstall' option in the
GRASS entry in the start menu.

Would Add/Remove Programs be best? GRASS is in the list.

Or should I delete the C:\GRASS directory?
