[GRASS-windows] switching to GRASS, 6.2.3 or GRASS 6.3.0?

Dear GRASS list,

I want to start using GRASS and am a bit unclear about which version I
should install. I am currently running Windows XP 2002. Can someone point me
in the right direction here?
