[GRASS-windows] GRASS 6.4.0svn updated in OSGeo4W

Hi,

great news, big thanks to jef!
I have installed it on xp and 2 things:

1. I can not change the GUI from Layer Manager menu "Change default
GUI"; it says:
'couldn't execute
"C:\OSGeo4W\apps\grass\grass-6.4.0svn\etc\gui\scripts\g.change.gui.sh":
no such file or directory'
(well, the file exists in the directory - checked)

2. wxPython GUI still seems to not have Polish localisation (I really
need/want to review it for typos and things)
