[GRASS-windows] (no subject)

I am trying to open GRASS 64 on a 64bit machine with Vista and it won't open. I am getting an "entry point not found" error. Is there a fix for this? I am able to use it fine on my Windows 7 machine. The complete error is below. 

?Pywinobject AsHandle@@YAHHPAU_object@@PAPAXE could not be found in the dynamic link library pywintypes25dIL
