[GRASS-windows] problem from python & grass64 on Win XP

Hi Glynn,

Thank you for your quick response.
You are right. I used Textpad to edit the script and I removed the last
empty line but it was still there. I tried notepad and it works.

The last line of the script must be entirely blank, i.e. the last
character of the script must be a newline.
