I have just upgraded to winGrass 5.7 from 5.4 .. When I try to start Grass 5.7 I get a message that says "This application has failed to start because cygjasper-1-701.dll was not found..." . I have done some research and found that this library is part of the GDAL package. I cannot, however, find a copy of this dll in the /Cygwin/bin directory. Can anyone point me in the direction of a download site for this library or give me some hints on how to fix this issue.<BR>
