font-family:Arial'>Just discovered GRASS and downloaded 6.4 windows version. Installed
and included Spearfish sample database. Clicked the GRASS6-SVN icon. GRASS welcome
screen shows. I select project Spearfish60 and mapset PERMANENT, then click
Start GRASS.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

an error message pops up: "Execution failed: 'g.proj.exe -p'. When I
click Ok to that, GRASS crashes and goes away.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

command shell, but also failed with same error. I saw some message about bad
