[Ica-osgeo-labs] Urban Science - City Analytics - The Road Map Challenge

Colleagues,

The road map is shaping up nicely thanks to Patrick.
 
I have had a go at adding some preliminary research questions to this.

I look forward to presenting this at the Research Data Alliance 5th
Plenary in San Diego 9th of March. If anyone is going to this please let
me know.
