sides in this type of partnership. I have tried locally to get something like started for some number of years, with no luck. There is desire in the education side, but no one group within a particular school willing to foot the bill so to speak. Each of
the colleges I’ve approached were too fragmented with their respective funding to get something started that went across their respective jurisdictional boundaries.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

suggested at the time that we find a academic partner and reapply, but we’ve been busy with other projects since. I think it might have a high level of relevance here. It dealt with the same types of Open data and Sharing of data issues and design philosophies
were based ideas originating from a regional community (not just Municipalities) with similar principals defined. SharedGeo would be very interested in partnering in the effort if that is the consensus. The grant we wrote had a large component of it focused
on the implementation of services, both hardware and software, and another big component being outreach focused.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

entertaining an RCN proposal from us. If I take the lead on this and work on an outline (I have time right now), can I solicit some help on some sections? I think I can write about our network and bring in theoretical on the idea of global "commons based peer
production" networks, which is what we are. I can sketch out the educational idea I have proposed related to flipped, service learning, team based learning and blended learning with the network idea and some kind of coordinated webinars, recorded lectures,
etc. While I am a public administration faculty with GIS and IT background, what I don't have is experience on a set of core application areas or state of the art on Urban Science/City Analytics. I'll need help on that.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
