Markus,

I can confirm that the meeting is at 19:00 UTC.  Accordingly to the
worldclock this transforms to 2:00pm EST and 11:00am PST, our normal times.

I have generally been leery about expressing things in UTC since I don't
know how it relates to my timezone.
