Paul / Arnulf,

I see that Mapbender is establishing a chair for their PSC (expected to be
Uli) and is looking into possible improved schemes for bug handling.

I don't have any other concerns, nor have heard any other concerns about
Mapbender, so I am happy to vote +1 on graduating Mapbender as a full OSGeo
project.

I would once again like to encourage all PSC members to vote, even if just
abstaining, or giving a +0 indicating a general support but admission of not
having looked into things.
