CN and project scripts

Daniel,

Is there any support for projects to run scripts on the CN machines?
In particular, I would like to run a script that generates web pages
for my project using Doxygen.  But I would think this is a fairly
common desire for specialized stuff, for instance preparing nightly
CVS/SVN snapshots.

I can get around this in my case by running the scripts on www.gdal.org
and "svn commiting" stuff, but I wonder how projects hosted only on CN
normally handle this sort of thing.
