One of the outstanding issues for Mapbuilder was to identify a
Mapbuilder/OSGeo liason. The Mapbuilder PSC has kindly voted that I
should take this role.

With regards to addressing marketing material. As yet, marketing
material requirements have not flowed into the Graduation Template.
Until the Graduation Template contains marketing requirements, projects
should not need to address these issues during graduation.

So the question is:
Do we hold up Mapbuilder graduation until we have a perfect set of
Graduation critera?

I think we should be pragmatic and accept that we cannot have a perfect
set of processes straight away. The processes will grow and improve over
time.

Hence I stick with my vote of +1 for Mapbuilder graduation now.
