Hi,
I have been in contact with the project owners and we have started to
work through the first steps. The Wiki page reflects where we are now:

Next will be a review of the project governance. Code review might
well be a no-brainer because it is part of the KDE project with a
pretty high standard but we will look into it anyway.

Currently not expecting any blockers, if we keep going this will be a
smooth project to incubate.
