[Incubator] Mentors - about that status update

I am getting a bit of conversation off list, so I figured I may as well clarify.  

We are looking to ask: How is OSGeo incubation going? When is your team scheduled to work on it? Do you know what is required? Do you need help?

COMMUNICATION  

Check -  http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Incubation_Committee#Progress_in_the_incubator
The links should work, we are looking for three documents (which may be stored in the OSGeo wiki, project wiki or even google docs).

Example: no visible progress

Check the project website, does it have the OSGeo Project in Incubation logo?

Example: CITE TEAM Engine (http://teamengine.sourceforge.net) does not provide the OSGeo Project in Incubation logo.

COMMITMENT

Double check with the team when they plan to work on incubation. Most teams are busy on a release … all the time. So you can either offer that as a status update, or provide a timeframe.

Example: The Opticks team is busy working toward their 5.x release, no incubation activities scheduled.

Note: if a project that has shown no sign of starting incubation you can take it back to the email list for discussion.

Example: We discussed the CITE TEAM Engine a few months ago.
