[Incubator] assembling status for foss4g talk

No worries Jeff - I had intended to hit reply all. I only hold back when
email threads have a bunch off lists CCed (to avoid bounced email).

I have updated the wiki, I can talk about Labs as well if Landon is not
available.

As for status it kind of remains the same - we need volunteer mentors (in
order to welcome projects into OSGeo). Current projects get stuck checking
headers (or waiting for a mentor).

I would kind of recommend OSGeo sponsor a code sprint to help check headers
(worked for GeoServer) or are we in position to hire intern to work for the
Foundation?
