[Incubator] Mentor for GPlates

Hi Camaron, John, Jeff

thanks for your offer - in my opinion it would be great if the project 
would have multiple contact persons (in different timezones! -> quick 
turnaround for responses) within OSGeo. FWIW, I'll should be in 
Australia in March, so we can consider a face to face meeting.
