Hi Jody,

I really appreciate your help !

However, it depends on what a mentor should be ! Does an osgeo member can
be a mentor ?
I eventually know Thomas Bonfort by the past. He is a committer and PSC
member of MapServer. I am going to ask him.

By the way, I am starting to make proj4php as a community project !
