[Incubator] Fwd: Should "MetaCRS" be dropped from OSGeo Incubation (and maybe also from OSGeo-Live)?

Hi everyone,

As the (inactive) mentor for MetaCRS, I agree with moving it to Labs.
Its sub-projects, especially PROJ4, are very actively used by several
OSGeo projects, but due to the nature of the projects and their small
teams they are unlikely to make progress through incubation anytime soon.
