Hi Jody: thanks for the updates.  Minor editorial suggestions:

1./ http://www.osgeo.org/incubator
- update "For more information and incubation status Incubation Committee Wiki" to "For more information and incubation status see the Incubation Committee Wiki"
- update "Appointing a mentors for incubation projects" to "Appointing a mentor for incubation projects"
