[Incubator] [Board] MOTION: encouraging projects in incubation to get ready till next FOSS4G

If I can ask you to work on this as part of the incubation committee /
mailing list - a decision should be made here (by the team that is both
interested and already putting in effort into the incubation process). We
can take any decisions to the board afterwords

I like that idea, I would even be happy to ask the board for
incubation-sprint funding (so we can get team leads isolated from day to
day work to focus on this activity).

Still I would like to work through our mentors for this as they are our
welcome wagon and contact point.

aside: Mentors can at any point "drop" a project form incubation and invite
them to reapply if they are not making measurable progress. I think that
would be a kindness as it frees up the mentor to take on a project that is
interested in making progress...
