[Incubator] Recommend OTB For Graduation

Hello OTB

congratulations!!!

Now, getting to work together, OSGeo Live includes OTB .
The appropriate OSGeo Logo needs to be set up in the
otb_overview.rst & otb_quickstart files.rst files on the English and the
other languages:
For example:
https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-doc/blob/master/en/overview/otb_overview.rst
https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-doc/blob/master/en/quickstart/otb_quickstart.rst

Currently only the Greek translation has the logo:
https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-doc/blob/master/el/overview/otb_overview.rst

These are the lines needed on the other files, to be placed under the OTB
logo:

It's kind of an urgent task, because we are close to make the RC release
soon.
