[Incubator] "Blink" raster project on Incubation

Dear Jody,

I just completed the name change from Blink Raster to Pronto Raster. (see https://github.com/ahhz/raster).

Do you know when you’ll make the decision about OSGeo Community status?

I am presenting the library at the FOSDEM Geospatial Room this weekend and it would be great if I could communicate the outcome.

Dan makes a good point about the name. Googling "blink raster" actually brings up the chromium blink pages. I have been using the name blink as my own namespace privately for a long time and am somewhat attached to it. Nevertheless, changing now would be better than later.
