Your should be able to create a project page now, and edit the partner page.

While I do not have specific instructions for creating a project page, the
instructions for a service provider are similar:
https://www.osgeo.org/community/getting-started-osgeo/add-service-provider/

The main annoying part is placing your logo on a white background the
correct 720 x 412 size.

It also helps to look at some other examples. The recent page for GISwater
is a nice example:

Although we prefer to have pictures of people like here:
https://www.osgeo.org/projects/openlayers/
 (trying to make the point that open source(like Soylent Green) is made of
people.
