[Incubator] QField as OSGeo Project

Hey Marco:

I have been travelling and have not managed to look at this one yet? The
details on what is required are here
https://www.osgeo.org/about/committees/incubation/

Checking https://www.osgeo.org/projects/ I do not yet see your project on
the website so that is the place to start. Can you assemble the information
for that in an email please?

1. geospatial
2. open source license
3. accepts contributions

If you have a link to your repository chances are we can figure out the
above.
