Before casting a vote, I'd like to question the content of PostGIS
webpages, which gives the dated impression that Refractions is the
primary (and only?) maintainer of PostGIS. (If this were the case,
Postgis would have found it harder to pass incubation).<br>
In particular, I suspect the following line on the home page, which
links back to Refractions, probably should be updated:<br>

<a href="mailto:info@refractions.net">Ask us</a> about <a
href="http://www.refractions.net/products/postgis/">consulting
services</a> and implementing new features.
<br>
<br>
Also, on the Support page: <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://postgis.org/support/">http://postgis.org/support/</a>, only
Refractions is listed as providing commercial support.<br>

I motion to graduate PostGIS from Incubation based on the documents in
the Wiki [1], Website [2] and the discussion on this list [3] (thanks
Jody for bringing up your points).

I know this is on way too short notice but I will be not be available
most of January and February so I would be really happy if we could get
