with Luis that lat-lon intends to take the CITE team engine
through OSGeo Incubation? Is that still the case?<br>

Justin, as the identified OSGeo mentor for the TEAM engine, are
you aware of any progress which you can report?<br>

As highlighted below, there have been concerns raised about
progress, and a suggestion that CITE should be removed from OSGeo
incubation [until it is ready].<br>
<br>
I'd like to highlight that there is a non-trivial amount of work
involved in bringing a project up to the level of quality set
during OSGeo incubation, and this requires a decent commitment of
time from someone in order to make it happen.<br>
