as Angelos explained the first incubation ticket was opened 4 years ago by Emmanuel Christophe. I've updated the ticket 10 months ago to try to reactivate the process. So yes, basically we're starting from scratch.<br>

Thanks again for stepping up as mentor! Don't now if you'll be at FOSS4G in September, I'll not be there but Julien Michel, one of the developer of OTB will be there, perhaps you could discuss this with him during the conference.<br>
