<p>Hi Julien,</p>
<p>You might want to look at the OSGeo-Live incubation page we have
set up:</p>

<p>The OSGeo-Live project is not officially "in incubation", but
that hasn't stopped us from working on addressing the incubation
steps and answering the questions.</p>
<p>Addressing these steps ensures that you are building a strong
community project.</p>
<p>You might also want to have a look at a proposed next version of
the checklist:</p>

<p>Hi Julian,</p>
<p>It sounds like proj4php has good foundations, and would
be a candidate for being an OSGeo project in a few
years, but is still a bit young to be ready for OSGeo

<p>I suggest a better checklist to look at is the OSGeo
Graduation Checklist. This is what you would be aiming
for if you wished to complete graduation.</p>

<div>Thanks Julien - have been collecting
some applications on the osgeo issue

did you have a mentor in mind?</div>

<div>I would encourage you to apply as an

it is a faster way to be included in OSGeo

considered more cool then source forge CVS

I was stuck on delay on a php

proj4js in php, and set its
source code open the same
