My only concern is that the contributors guidelines are a little short, and (to my mind) imply a lot of experience in how to use github and make pull requests. I think if you want to encourage contributions from all levels of coder then you might need to expand on how to contribute. I also think you should state explicitly that any contributions will be made under the same license as the overall project, if that's correct.
