I have a login (sethg) to the website but can't create pages. <br></div><div><br></div><div>The recent GeoExt3 project started with a new codebase in 2015 so my first link is probably out of date with regards to links to OpenLayers. The GeoExt PSC has acted independently at least since 2015 as far as I am aware. I'mm CCing to the GeoExt PSC list in case others can provide more information. <br></div><div><br></div><div>GeoExt has a Contributor Agreement linked at [2] with the document at [3], but no mention of which license code is contributed under.
