Under initiatives:
Community Projects 15,000 Managed by the board since community projects do
not have an assigned officer to handle their budget. We have around 12-20
projects expected in 2019 (see list bellow). Budgeted 1000$ for each
project.
And then later for committees:
Incubation Committee 10,000 No operational budget requested. Requesting
3,000 per project to strictly be used towards incubation progress (managed
by the incubation committee). Note all projects in incubation have access
to additional funding via the OSGeo community project program.

...are we really bothering to confirm spending 34€ ? Maybe we can
introduce an allowance of up to 100€/US$ (please duiscuss) per year for
each project without the need to go through the full process (see
Cameron's email)?
On the other hand this is also real world feedback from a project
showing that it is a alive, so why not keep it up? Its just that folks
on the Incubation Committee might get bored by too many such small votes
(I'm always in because this is what we set out to do with OSGeo, right?).
