The webinar is presented by the Founder and CTO of Spatineo
<http://www.spatineo.com/>, Mr. *Ilkka Rinne*. He's been involved in OGC
Web Services and INSPIRE implementation related projects since 2008, and
has been an active member in several INSPIRE expert groups. His most recent
work in this field was facilitation of an expert group for harmonizing
INSPIRE validation & conformity testing in early 2015.
