Congratulations to everyone involved in the local chapter! This is<br>
great news. I also mentioned your local chapter forming during a<br>
keynote at FOSS4G in Seoul recently.<br>

By the way, the meeting minutes that you sent here should really be<br>
placed onto the wiki, so new members can easily go through the history<br>
and catch up.<br>
