[iTowns-dev] OSGeo code sprint

Hi,

I will be working on porting features of cesium building to iTowns.
More precisely, I want to be able to load buildings formated as GeoJSON, stored in a bounding box hierarchy.

I also want to improve parts of the code, mainly the browseTree and nodeProcess classes that don't seem generic enough.
