[Java-collab] IRC Meeting followup

I don't think I will have time to work on the actual code, but I would
be happy to assist Jody (or whoever) with a review of any documents
needed to get an OSGeo Labs project started.

Just let me know.

Has anyone thought about asking Martin Davis if he will participate?
