<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We are looking for a database backend developer for our in-house GIS database running on PostgreSQL/PostGIS. Raster version control for regions within the raster is the first problem, followed by validation
of the data relationships within and between bands, so an understanding of st_mapalgebra and st_reclass and when to use which would be useful, as would a solid grasp of GDAL.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and experience:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• A background in Mathematics/ Computer Science / GIS<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• PostgreSQL database development<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• PostGIS<o:p></o:p></span></p>
