[Landsat-pds] Possible October 12th Earth Observation event in DC

We are considering holding an "Earth Observation on AWS" demo day event in DC on October 12th. We've secured a venue and I'm now trying to gauge interest and availability. 

The event would naturally include some discussion of Landsat on AWS, but it will likely include demos related to other Earth observation projects and the recent work we've been doing with NOAA data. The goal will be to educate attendees on advances in Earth observation that have been made possible by cloud computing.
