[Lexicon] Glossary website, ready for review

Hi glossary folks,
I hope you have refreshed over Xmas?
Our fortnightly meetings start again today.
The one topic item I have is to ask whether people think we should hold off
on publishing the glossary web pages (as per message below).
I think Rob is on leave till our next meeting.
