[Liblas-devel] libLAS 0.9.2 Released

All,

I'm pleased to announce the release of version 0.9.2.  This version  
provides some small improvements to the utilities side of the library,  
and it does not change the library side at all:
- Add Points by Return to lasinfo pan summary
- Provide second pass header repair mechanism to las2las (prints  
summary by default currently)
- Add the ability to eliminate points based on classification to las2las
- Add the txt2las utility to the windows build and include in the  
binary.
