[Liblas-devel] #pragma once

Not really an objection, but I was curious enough to grep /usr/include/*
for this and note that only the Boost libraries use it, and they also
have include guards as well.

On the upside, it does look like even our oldest linux install (RHEL4)
has a new enough gcc that this isn't buggy though :)
