Hi all

Just installed the live DVD on a Sun Virtual Box from ISO. Everything went smoothly, even the install of the VirtualBox utilities for screen resolution, etc. In general performance seems good and it seems quite workable.

I tested all applications, everything seemed OK on the surface. Apart from similar issues as others have already mentioned, I also have the following comments:
- GeoKettle - username (user) / password (user) does not work. Starting it with 'No Repossitory' works but this is confusing...
- I did NOT have the same font issues reported by others (Assume that is Mac only)

Overall comments
1. It is a pity that we do not have all of the demonstration data in one central place. It would be nice to compare tools using the same data.
2. I feel that for the average person in our target audience the experience will be a little bewildering. We offer a range of icons with no structure to lead the users. I would like to suggest the following (will help set it up if the idea is acceptable and if I have enough time):
2.1. Rename the 'Help' icon to ReadmeFirst. Add an explanation of the structure below at the top of the file.
2.2. Create three folders on the desktop:
	-Desktop GIS
	-Web GIS
	-Statistics
2.3. Move the icons from the desktop to relevant folders, place a readme file in each folder that explains how to get started with each respective application in that section. (We need to provide more than just a write-up of each application - we nee to give them a short step by step just to load and view one or two data layers.

Kind Regards,
