[Live-demo] Instructions for running the LiveDemo from a browser on our development VM

For whatever odd reason I've been unable to get all the way to console
of the machine. Sometimes the VMware manager fails to bring up the login
and sometimes I just can't load the console. Probably some sort of
network lag issue.

Could someone who has managed to get in please post the build logs for RC1.
