[Live-demo] Cross reference between OGC standards & OS projects. Is your project correctly listed?

For this release, I'd prefer not to change anything this close to 
completion.
But I do agree with Alex and Frank that we are aiming to provide 
understandable overviews of OGC standards. Of note, the OGC overviews 
were written by the OGC on our behalf (with some initial review by 
myself). A long term goal of OGC/OSGeo is to use these docs for both 
organisations.
